What are the requirements to rent a car?

Valid driver's license (international license recommended)
Credit card in the driver's name for security deposit
Minimum age of 21 (additional fees for drivers under 25)
Passport or ID for identification

Should I submit an international driver's license?

It is not necessary. You only need a passport or identity card and a valid license from the country of origin. Only if the license is not printed in the Roman alphabet, an international driver’s license must be presented.

Which is the rental cost of additional accessories?

We recommend you request these accessories at the moment of booking your car, in order to guarantee them:

Baby seat (under 12 years old or less than 110 cm): FREE
Children seat (under 12 years old or less than 145 cm): FREE

Can I extend my rental period?

Yes, absolutely! Extending your rental is easy — just contact us, and we’ll help you adjust your rental period with no hassle.

Do you offer insurance options?

Yes, all our rentals include comprehensive (full) coverage for complete peace of mind. You’re protected with damage protection, liability coverage, and emergency roadside assistance included at no extra cost.

What happens if I return the car late?

We offer a 5-hour grace period for returns. If the car is returned beyond that window, an additional day’s rental will apply.

Is there a cancellation fee?

No, we do not have a cancellation fee. Just let us know as soon as possible.

How does the payment work?

You pay when you receive the vehicle. You can pay with cash, a credit/debit card, PayPal, or Zelle.
